Absolutely not. The Hub is a read/write data device that has been extensively tested to operate within the safe, standard protocols of each hardware platform. Our system runs in parallel with your existing wiring. We are 100% confident it will not harm your equipment in any way.
We stand fully behind our product. If TrolMaster® denies a valid warranty claim in writing — citing the sole reason as use of the Growlink Integration Hub — Growlink will cover the cost of the repair or replacement of that item. Your investment is protected.
No. The Growlink Integration Hub completely replaces your original controller — it is the new brain of your system. Your sensors and device stations plug directly into the Hub. The old controller is no longer needed.
Yes — this is one of the most powerful things the Integration Hub unlocks. You can run TrolMaster® sensors alongside Growlink LINKS devices in the same room, all managed through a single Growlink dashboard. No other platform lets you do this.
